1. Introduction
BladderCare is operated by United Fulton Company, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). We are dedicated to protecting your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices for the BladderCare mobile application for iOS and the website located at https://bladdercare.app/.
2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
BladderCare is engineered around a local-first, privacy-by-design architecture. When you record void frequency, estimated fluid volumes, urgency ratings, accidental leakages, and beverage intake notes, this data is saved directly in your iPhone's encrypted application sandbox storage.
We do not operate backend servers that collect, ingest, or store your daily bladder diary records. If you delete the application from your device without an iOS local backup, your on-device records will be removed.
3. Data Collected on Our Website
When you visit https://bladdercare.app/, we may collect basic technical diagnostic logs (such as browser type, general geographic region, and referring URL) strictly for website security, performance optimization, and anonymous traffic measurement. If you voluntarily submit a message through our Contact or Support form, we receive the name, email address, and message contents you provide solely to reply to your inquiry.
Our Partner Content page may use cookies or local browser storage to retain a randomly generated referral identifier and advertising attribution parameters for up to 30 days. These identifiers are used to measure referral activity and do not contain entries from your BladderCare diary. If analytics or advertising measurement services are enabled, those providers may process technical event data under their own privacy terms.
4. In-App Purchases and Apple ID Billing
All financial transactions for subscriptions and in-app passes are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. via the App Store. BladderCare never receives, processes, or stores your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank account details. Apple provides us only with an anonymized transaction receipt to confirm whether your Premium access is active.
5. Affiliate and Third-Party Links
Clearly identified Partner Content may contain affiliate links to third-party websites. We may receive compensation when a visitor follows a link or completes a purchase, at no additional cost to the visitor. Third-party websites control their own privacy, billing, and data practices; review their policies before providing personal information.
6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal data. Because BladderCare does not sell or share personal health data, and stores records locally on your device, you have full sovereign control over your data at all times.
7. Children's Privacy
BladderCare is intended for use by adults aged 18 and older, particularly women 45+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
