- Free Tier: Basic manual logging and standard daily tracking ($0).
- 3-Day Pass: A one-time non-renewing purchase ($2.99) granting complete access for 72 hours to prepare a compact clinical urology diary.
- Monthly Subscription: $9.99 per month with auto-renewal until cancelled.
- Annual Subscription: $69.99 per year (equivalent to $5.83/month, saving ~42% compared to monthly billing) with auto-renewal.
2. Payment & Apple ID Processing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase. All financial transactions are managed securely by Apple Inc. BladderCare does not store or access your credit card details.
3. Auto-Renewal Rules
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time using your iPhone:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your Name / Apple ID at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap BladderCare.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you cancel, you will maintain access to all premium features until the current billing cycle expires.
5. Refunds Policy
Because all purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with Apple's standard refund policies. You can request a refund by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com.
