The application and website are intended strictly for educational, informational, and personal habit-tracking purposes. 4. User Responsibilities & Data Backup
Because BladderCare stores records locally on your iPhone for maximum privacy, you are responsible for maintaining your device's security and backups via Apple iCloud/iTunes. BladderCare cannot retrieve locally deleted records if you uninstall the app without a prior backup.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BladderCare and its affiliates, developers, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application or reliance on any information provided herein.
